Does my online request confirm the booking?
Our team receives your request, checks availability and agrees the vehicle or equivalent with you. Wait for the team’s confirmation before treating the car as reserved.
How do I find the total rental price?
Enter pickup and return dates, times, locations and options to calculate an itemized quote. Check rental charges, extras, applicable fees and the deposit separately. Seasonal and duration rules may change the catalogue’s base daily rate.
Can I pay in euros, dollars or Tunisian dinars?
You can display your quote in TND, EUR or USD. Our team agrees the payment amount, currency and method with you after contact. Tunisian dinar amounts use three decimal places.
Will the website charge my card?
Payment is arranged after contact. Our team sends instructions manually, such as an IBAN when a bank transfer is agreed. Sending an online booking request does not charge a card.
Is the security deposit included in the rental price?
The deposit is separate from the rental charge. Check its amount and the conditions for holding and returning it in your quote and contract. The agency calculates the final settlement after the return inspection.
Which driving and identity documents should I prepare?
Prepare a valid driving licence and identity card or passport. After confirmation, your booking space lets you upload the requested front and back photos and flight information. Bring the originals to pickup. Confirm driver age and licence requirements with the agency.
